About the role
Plan and execute events that connect Doximity with clinicians and healthcare organizations. Manage summits, trade shows, corporate events, and virtual activations.
What you’ll do
• Plan twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits. • Manage presence at medical trade shows. • Organize corporate and physician events. • Produce virtual events and webinars. • Manage event calendars, budgets, and vendors.
What you’ll bring
• Experience managing complex events end-to-end. • Skilled in trade shows and virtual programs. • Strong project management skills. • Comfortable working with senior leaders and vendors. • Healthcare or tech experience is a plus.
