About the role
The role involves acquiring and managing customer portfolios in various Lagos markets to promote loan products and grow business. The officer will engage traders and SMEs to meet sales targets and support loan processes.
What you’ll do
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and portfolio growth. • Acquire customers through field visits and referrals. • Promote and sell loan products to eligible customers. • Maintain strong relationships with market leaders and traders. • Manage customer portfolios and support loan applications.
What you’ll bring
• 1–2 years experience in field sales or financial services. • Good communication and sales record keeping skills. • Knowledge of assigned market and trader relationships. • Strong customer acquisition and negotiation skills. • Minimum OND qualification or equivalent experience.
