Market Development and Supply Systems Manager

About the role
Lead market development and supply systems to create employment and business opportunities for project participants. Manage partnerships to convert strategic engagements into tangible job placements and inclusive sourcing contracts.
What you’ll do
• Secure employment commitments from processors for women and PWDs. • Broker supply contracts between processors and smallholder clusters. • Establish MOUs with TVETs tied to internships and job placements. • Facilitate financing and offtake agreements for SMEs. • Partner with government and OPDs to enable compliance and accessibility.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant field with 5-7 years experience. • Experience in supply chain and market linkage in agriculture. • Proven track record in market access interventions. • Knowledge of inclusive sourcing and regulatory frameworks. • Excellent English; Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo advantageous.
