About the role
Lead manufacturing processes and team for solid rocket motors at Midland facility. Drive process improvements and ensure safe, efficient production.
What you’ll do
• Develop and optimize solid rocket motor manufacturing processes. • Drive DFM, DFA, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC. • Author explosives SOPs and support hazard analyses. • Implement ESD controls and safe handling practices. • Support equipment qualification and process validation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant engineering field. • 2+ years manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience. • Experience scaling manufacturing from prototype to production. • Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, tooling design, process documentation. • U.S. person with ability to obtain security clearance.
