About the role
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for optical and optomechanical hardware assembly and testing. Support production readiness and quality objectives in the optics lab.
What you’ll do
• Develop and document optical manufacturing processes and tooling. • Support new product introduction and production release. • Validate methods for optical cleaning, alignment, and inspection. • Analyze yield, defects, and process capability. • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical discipline. • Knowledge of manufacturing process development and validation. • Experience with optical assembly and metrology principles. • Ability to interpret engineering and optical drawings. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
