About the role
Lead and build a high performing Solutions Engineering team for the NEMEA region. Drive adoption and expansion of Grafana products through collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
What you’ll do
• Recruit and mentor a diverse team of Presales SEs. • Partner with sales leadership on customer programs. • Drive community and adoption initiatives. • Provide executive sponsorship for key accounts. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer needs.
What you’ll bring
• 5-10 years in high tech roles like Developer or Manager. • Experience in fast-paced, remote-first startups. • Proven mentoring and performance management skills. • Knowledge of open source or cloud sales motions. • English fluency; second European language preferred.
