About the role
Manage a portfolio of advisory services to support evidence use for learning among organizations and governments. Supervise advisors and collaborate globally to enhance monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems.
What you’ll do
• Manage RFE Advisors on MEL projects. • Oversee project finances and outputs. • Advise IPA teams and government partners. • Design and deliver workshops and advisory services. • Develop new business and manage external relationships.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in evidence, learning, monitoring, and evaluation. • Ability to travel internationally up to 20%. • Project and people management skills. • English fluency and relevant master's degree. • 4+ years relevant work experience.
