About the role
Manage reliability and maintenance teams for assigned buildings. Lead projects involving life cycle assessments and equipment installations.
What you’ll do
• Lead and coach reliability team. • Manage outside vendors for projects. • Ensure maintenance regulations compliance. • Maintain asset contractor list. • Identify problems and develop root cause analysis.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years managing facilities maintenance in Food/Beverage industry. • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's preferred. • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance. • Exposure to mechanical, electrical, automation and refrigeration systems. • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and nights.
