About the role
Manage global mobility and immigration programs ensuring compliance and positive employee experience. Provide HR guidance and lead selected HR programs and process improvements.
What you’ll do
• Own expatriate and immigration programs at policy level. • Manage relocation, immigration, and tax vendors. • Serve as escalation point for mobility and immigration matters. • Track cases, visa deadlines, and program costs. • Lead HR projects and process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with global mobility or immigration programs. • 5+ years progressive HR experience. • Knowledge of employment law and employee relations. • Strong project and program management skills. • Excellent communication and change-management skills.
