About the role
Lead and develop a team responsible for environmental control systems and thermal management on the X-BAT program. Guide architecture, design, integration, test, and flight readiness in a fast-moving aircraft development environment.
What you’ll do
• Manage and develop individual contributors. • Set priorities and execution cadence for X-BAT and Group 5 work. • Guide ECS and thermal architecture and design reviews. • Lead test planning and ensure flight readiness. • Engage in technical problem solving and coaching.
What you’ll bring
• US Citizen with active Secret or higher clearance. • 8+ years aerospace ECS or thermal engineering experience. • Experience managing and developing engineers. • B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and aircraft thermal management.
