About the role
Lead environmental and social risk assessments and regulatory compliance reviews for projects. Provide safeguards advisory for corporate, industrial, infrastructure, and investment projects.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate environmental permits and impact assessments. • Support environmental and social due diligence. • Provide technical findings and recommendations. • Assess projects against Nigerian regulations and international safeguards. • Develop ESMS, compliance registers, and corrective-action plans.
What you’ll bring
• 6-8 years in environmental compliance or consulting. • Experience with EIA processes and industrial operations. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian environmental regulations. • Degree in Environmental Science or related discipline. • Experience with IFC Performance Standards.
