About the role
Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers focused on multifamily property management customers. Ensure high-quality customer experiences and drive customer retention and adoption.
What you’ll do
• Manage and develop Customer Success Managers team. • Monitor KPIs on retention, adoption, and satisfaction. • Support Success Plans for customer outcomes. • Maintain multi-threaded customer relationships. • Coordinate cross-functional execution and issue resolution.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years people management experience. • 5+ years Customer Success experience. • Experience in multifamily property industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
