About the role
Lead customer onboarding for Enterprise and commercial accounts, managing technical deployments and ensuring customer success. Own the customer journey from onboarding to long-term adoption and growth.
What you’ll do
• Lead onboarding team with accountability for customer outcomes. • Project manage technical deployments with Customer Solutions Engineers. • Develop scalable onboarding programs for different customer segments. • Partner with Customer Success and Sales for smooth handoffs. • Establish governance and improve onboarding processes.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in Customer Success or onboarding roles. • 2+ years managing customer-facing teams. • Experience managing technical SaaS deployments. • Strong customer communication and stakeholder management. • Familiarity with CS and digital onboarding tools.
