About the role
Lead the Client Engagement team handling escalations from manufacturer clients' field sales teams. Drive operational quality and shift focus from resolving to preventing escalations using AI and process improvements.
What you’ll do
• Hire, onboard, and develop Client Engagement team. • Manage ticket performance and AI response quality. • Own Knowledge Center content and AI escalation guidance. • Drive root cause analysis and cross-functional fixes. • Support launch readiness and field sales education.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Experience managing client support or escalation teams. • Owned support KPIs and improved processes. • Led cross-functional issue resolution. • Knowledge of pharmacy access and prescription processes.
