About the role
Work directly with clients to understand needs and match them with Management Consultants. Support the matching process and engagement lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Gather requirements and consult with clients. • Define job descriptions and talent requirements. • Search and shortlist candidates. • Confirm availability and screen applications. • Provide advice and resolve disputes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree required. • 5+ years in Management Consulting or equivalent. • Experience across multiple consulting practices. • Strong communication and relationship skills. • Ability to work full-time during EST or PST hours.
