About the role
Oversee maintenance operations, equipment reliability, utility systems, and budgets to ensure efficient slaughterhouse operations and minimal downtime.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production and other departments. • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and cost-control measures. • Lead electrical maintenance and repair of slaughterhouse equipment. • Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, and automation. • Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure timely task completion. • Oversee industrial utilities including power, boilers, compressors, refrigeration.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years experience in maintenance management. • Experience in food processing, slaughterhouse, FMCG, or manufacturing. • Knowledge of industrial utilities and electrical systems. • Proven budgeting and cost control skills. • Bachelor's or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
