About the role
Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability and safe plant operations.
What you’ll do
• Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation teams. • Manage maintenance budget, CMMS, and spare parts inventory. • Ensure calibration and certification of pressure vessels and valves. • Monitor equipment reliability metrics and control energy costs. • Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules.
What you’ll bring
• 8–10 years maintenance experience in oil & gas or LPG. • 3–4 years supervisory experience. • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Engineering. • CMRP or Project Management certification preferred.
