About the role
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of warehouses, offices, and facilities across locations. Ensure timely repairs and cost-effective civil works without compromising quality.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain vendor pool for repairs and construction. • Evaluate vendor performance on quality, cost, and delivery. • Ensure timely resolution of warehouse and facility maintenance issues. • Conduct audits and ensure SOP compliance. • Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets and reports.
What you’ll bring
• Practical knowledge of construction materials and BOQs. • Minimum 2 years facilities management experience. • Bachelor's or HND in Engineering or related field. • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Willingness to travel across Nigeria.
