About the role
Identify potential borrowers, process loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and monitor repayments. Maintain a healthy loan portfolio and meet targets.
What you’ll do
• Carry out field visits to verify customer information. • Process loan applications and supporting documents. • Follow up on loan repayments and manage overdue accounts. • Ensure compliance with policies and lending regulations. • Identify and attract prospective customers through marketing.
What you’ll bring
• Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Willingness to conduct field visits. • Experience in microfinance or lending is an advantage. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor's in related discipline.
