About the role
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support remotely, gaining hands-on experience with cloud, security, and networking technologies. Develop technical skills and progress into advanced technical roles.
What you’ll do
• Develop technical skills through training and mentoring. • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding. • Support endpoint management and security initiatives. • Troubleshoot desktop, application, hardware, and connectivity issues. • Provide support for Microsoft 365 services and firewalls.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online. • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments. • Good understanding of VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls. • Excellent cyber security and AI knowledge. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
