About the role
Combine research expertise with customer support to help clients use Lexis+ AI and related technologies effectively. Deliver high-quality research and demonstrate AI-enabled capabilities to customers.
What you’ll do
• Conduct legal, financial, and news research using LexisNexis and AI tools. • Use generative AI to synthesize and analyze complex data. • Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve inquiries. • Showcase AI drafting features to accelerate workflows. • Partner with clients to co-create AI-enhanced outputs.
What you’ll bring
• LLB or equivalent legal qualification. • Experience in legal, financial, or news research or customer support. • Experience using Lexis Advance, Lexis+, or Lexis+ AI. • Familiarity with AI drafting and research technologies. • Excellent communication skills to explain AI concepts.
