About the role
Provide legal support focused on procurement and mid-market commercial work. Lead efforts to integrate AI and automation into legal operations.
What you’ll do
• Lead responses to legal tickets across teams. • Own legal support for procurement and vendor contracts. • Support mid-market sales deals legal needs. • Extend legal team’s automation workflows. • Partner with employment counsel on personnel questions.
What you’ll bring
• Juris Doctor degree. • Admitted to practice in one or more US state bars. • 4-8 years legal experience in commercial or corporate matters. • Strong drafting and negotiation skills. • Experience with SaaS/technology companies preferred.
