About the role
Provide legal counsel for procurement and commercial agreements, focusing on contract lifecycle transformation using technology. Serve as a legal engineer to improve workflows and accelerate deal velocity.
What you’ll do
• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement and commercial agreements. • Identify and design technology-driven workflow improvements. • Lead contract management technology implementation and optimization. • Provide feedback to product teams and test new features. • Develop training and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years legal experience with procurement and commercial contracts. • Admitted to practice in US Bar Association. • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. • Tech-savvy with AI and SaaS industry knowledge. • Excellent analytic, communication, and project management skills.
