About the role

What you’ll do
• Draft and negotiate commercial and vendor agreements. • Advise on products, services, and partnerships. • Support compliance with Nigerian financial regulations. • Provide guidance on digital banking and fintech laws. • Monitor regulatory developments and advise business.
What you’ll bring
• LL.B and BL with Nigerian Bar admission. • 2-4 years post-qualification experience. • Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated industry. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and regulatory law. • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
