About the role
The Leave and Accommodation Specialist administers leaves of absence and workplace accommodations ensuring compliance and timely support. They serve as a resource for employees and managers, coordinating with third parties and supporting return-to-work planning confidentially.
What you’ll do
• Oversee leave requests from intake through closure. • Lead and document ADA interactive process. • Analyze extended or intermittent leave matters. • Serve as resource explaining leave requirements. • Manage return-to-work planning and communication.
What you’ll bring
• Associate’s degree preferred. • Two years HR experience preferred. • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, leave laws. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
