About the role
Create and maintain learning content supporting Amazon’s Low Earth Orbit satellite broadband network. Develop eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.
What you’ll do
• Design and evaluate eLearning modules aligned with business objectives. • Update and refresh existing eLearning content. • Develop instructor-led training materials. • Create job aids, guides, storyboards, and scripts. • Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to build content.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years designing and delivering training content. • Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design or related field. • Experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline. • Experience designing training across eLearning, ILT, and video. • Comfort working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
