• Conduct Training Needs Analysis with HR and managers. • Coordinate planning and delivery of training programs. • Administer and maintain Learning Management System. • Evaluate training effectiveness and generate reports. • Support budget and vendor management for training.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • 2-5 years experience in Learning & Development. • Knowledge of training needs analysis and evaluation. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS tools.
