About the role
Lead software engineer to design, build, and operate internal platforms and tools for faster, safer software delivery. Focus on developer experience, usability, and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
• Architect and maintain internal platforms and tooling. • Drive product lifecycle of development platform and CI/CD pipelines. • Improve developer workflows and platform usability. • Mentor engineers on architecture and DevOps practices. • Participate in incident response and production support.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years full-stack software engineering experience. • Design scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. • Develop user-facing/internal web apps with modern frameworks. • Experience with CI/CD tools and automation. • Strong AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform skills.
