About the role
Lead Security Analyst supervises SOC analysts, responds to escalated security incidents, and mentors team members. The role supports information security monitoring and response with no travel required.
What you’ll do
• Supervise analysts within the SOC. • Respond to escalated security incidents. • Review and analyze case notes and threats. • Mentor and train Senior and Principal Analysts. • Conduct quality assurance and training initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years experience in Information Security. • CASP+ or equivalent/higher certification. • Certifications in MDR Tool Suite. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
