About the role
Lead deployment and optimization of analytics software across cloud and on-premise environments. Serve as expert for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure customer success.
What you’ll do
• Lead rollout of analytics suite in cloud, hybrid, on-premise environments. • Troubleshoot production issues across networks, servers, databases. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on performance and scalability. • Work hands-on with enterprise clients to build data and security workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in SQL Server administration and query writing. • Hands-on skills with networking protocols and cloud systems. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and container app delivery. • Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, scripting languages like PowerShell. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
