About the role
Lead user-centric growth initiatives for Quora's core product to expand acquisition and retention. Drive company-level impact and influence strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end user growth funnel across web and mobile. • Build engaging experiences to expand reach to new demographics. • Manage ambiguity and cross-functional dependencies. • Partner with engineering, design, data science, and operations. • Run experimentation and analyze trends to inform strategy.
What you’ll bring
• Availability during Mon-Fri 9am-3pm Pacific Time. • 5+ years product management experience. • Proven impact on user acquisition, activation, or retention. • Strong communication skills at all levels. • Use data and experimentation to drive decisions.
