About the role
Lead the evolution of Salesforce's AI-first design system across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, accessible, and delightful user experiences.
What you’ll do
• Lead creation and maintenance of next-gen design system and AI products. • Define and document design guidelines and best practices. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, writers, and engineers. • Partner with UX researchers for user testing and feedback. • Mentor junior designers and advocate for accessibility.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years as Product Designer focused on design systems and UX/UI. • Expert visual design skills and attention to detail. • Knowledgeable in leveraging and training AI for design. • Comfortable with code and Figma, design engineer mindset. • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience.
