About the role
Lead a hardware reliability team for Starshield production to improve robustness and yield. Partner with teams to strengthen build processes and resolve hardware failures.
What you’ll do
• Lead and hire hardware reliability engineers. • Mentor team on root cause investigations. • Align goals with production and engineering teams. • Drive improvements using data-driven decisions. • Lead containment for nonconforming hardware.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in engineering or related discipline. • 3+ years in hardware development or reliability. • 1+ years leading projects or teams. • Experience with PCBA, battery, solar, or mechanical assemblies. • Ability to obtain or hold Top Secret clearance.
