About the role
Lead analysis on key growth questions to drive business growth and investment decisions. Partner with Growth, Marketing and Product teams to deliver actionable insights.
What you’ll do
• Drive end-to-end analysis on priority growth questions. • Identify and investigate changes in growth performance. • Support investment decisions with marketing and customer data. • Build clear growth narratives from complex analysis. • Mentor other analysts and raise analytical standards.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in growth or marketing analytics in digital or consumer tech. • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and funnel performance. • Knowledge of marketing effectiveness methods like MMM and experimentation. • Advanced SQL and familiarity with Python or R. • Strong commercial judgement and communication skills.
