About the role
Lead technical initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solutions. Mentor engineers and ensure system reliability and scalability.

What you’ll bring
• 8+ years building enterprise-grade software solutions. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • Experience delivering complex, multi-component systems. • Strong architectural intuition and execution discipline. • Proven track record of mentorship and technical influence.
