What you’ll do
• Define experience standards and scalable design systems. • Lead portfolio-level design critique and calibration. • Anticipate emerging interaction modalities. • Translate design intent into build-ready artifacts. • Use AI-assisted tools for coding and prototyping.
What you’ll bring
• 8–10 years product or system design experience. • Exceptional visual/UI design craft and attention to detail. • Ability to define and scale design standards and systems. • Fluency with AI coding and prototyping tools. • Strong customer empathy and collaborative influence.
