About the role
Lead credit strategy for new-to-Chime applicants and develop risk policies for unsecured credit products. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage credit risk and build data infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Own credit strategy for new-to-Chime applicants. • Develop channel-specific credit policies. • Design acquisition and repayment strategies. • Lead test-and-learn experiments. • Partner with Finance and Strategy teams.
What you’ll bring
• Master's degree in quantitative discipline required. • 7+ years analytical or data science experience. • 4+ years managing unsecured credit risk. • Experience with credit bureau data and credit programs. • Strong SQL, Python, and BI tool skills.
