About the role
Lead development of AML risk detection systems using machine learning and GenAI to combat financial crime globally. Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior team members.
What you’ll do
• Develop AML detection controls with unsupervised and supervised learning. • Create frameworks to prove controls coverage regionally. • Work across teams to solve AML problems globally. • Evaluate AML systems against benchmarks. • Deploy and maintain production-grade Python services.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with machine learning system implementation and evaluation. • Strong Python skills with OOP knowledge. • Statistical analysis and experiment design ability. • Product mindset and independent cross-team work. • Good communication and problem solving skills.
