About the role
Lead customer advocacy initiatives across APJ to spotlight customer achievements and support revenue goals. Build trusted relationships and tailor programs to diverse markets.
What you’ll do
• Own APJ customer story and reference library. • Build relationships with customer advocates and senior stakeholders. • Manage customer advocacy lifecycle and participation. • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams. • Define and track advocacy program measures.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in customer advocacy or related programs in enterprise tech. • Strong history creating impactful customer stories. • Ability to coordinate across multiple APJ markets. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong program management and autonomous work skills.
