About the role
Lead the QA Assessor team to ensure flawless compliance and regulatory integrity. Maintain high accuracy and meet SLAs across key compliance divisions.
What you’ll do
• Perform deep-dive analyses on compliance misses. • Coordinate internal and external audits. • Lead secondary review across compliance pillars. • Supervise and train QA Assessors. • Maintain Compliance Defect Log and provide feedback.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years in Compliance QA or related field. • 2 years supervisory or team lead experience. • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, or related. • Knowledge of Nigerian AML/CFT regulations. • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
