About the role
Lead backend development for Trading Risk systems including risk monitoring and data services. Optimize real-time data pipelines focusing on reliability and performance.
What you’ll do
• Design and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk. • Build and optimize real-time data processing pipelines. • Own projects from design to production troubleshooting. • Collaborate with Risk, Data Platform, and engineering teams. • Participate in design and code reviews for quality improvement.
What you’ll bring
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and distributed systems knowledge. • Proficiency in Go or strong C++/Java experience with Go willingness. • Experience with Kafka, databases, caching, concurrency. • Strong problem-solving and production troubleshooting skills. • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
