What you’ll do
• Architect and implement DFT solutions. • Verify and debug scan insertion and ATPG. • Lead post-silicon validation and debug. • Drive resolution of silicon issues. • Evaluate and adopt emerging DFT methodologies.
What you’ll bring
• Strong hands-on ASIC DFT experience. • Expertise in scan architecture and ATPG. • Experience with Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor tools. • Post-silicon debug and silicon bring-up. • Knowledge of PLLs, RTL, synthesis, physical design.
