About the role
Provide legal advisory and representation services to protect the Principal's interests. Manage contracts, legal risks, estate planning, intellectual property, and reputation matters.
What you’ll do
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. • Advise on legal risk management and dispute resolution. • Prepare and maintain wills, trusts, and estate planning documents. • Protect assets and intellectual property rights. • Advise on UK and Nigerian law matters and coordinate with specialists.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor of Laws LL.B. and Barrister and Solicitor qualification. • Minimum five years post-qualification experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian and UK law. • Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills. • High confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
