About the role
Support the General Counsel by managing contracts, compliance, and legal documentation. Enable faster contract throughput and coordinate cross-functionally.
What you’ll do
• Review, draft, and redline commercial agreements. • Manage contract pipeline and track deadlines. • Maintain contract repository and ensure accessibility. • Coordinate with outside counsel and track billing. • Conduct legal research and support internal education.
What you’ll bring
• Paralegal certificate, law degree, or J.D. • 2–5 years legal or corporate legal experience. • Strong knowledge of commercial contract structures. • Experience with NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements. • Proficient with contract management and document systems.
