About the role
Support General Counsel with contract review, legal research, and operational legal tasks. Enable faster contract throughput and cross-functional coordination.
What you’ll do
• Review, draft, and redline commercial agreements. • Manage contract pipeline and track deadlines. • Maintain contract repository and documentation. • Coordinate with outside counsel and manage communications. • Support responses to legal inquiries and employment documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Paralegal certificate, law degree, or J.D. • 2–5 years legal or corporate legal experience. • Strong knowledge of commercial contract structures. • Experience with NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements. • Proficient with contract management and document systems.
