About the role
Lead and oversee Chemistry and Microbiology laboratory operations ensuring quality and compliance. Manage staff, laboratory performance, and develop customer-focused testing services.
What you’ll do
• Manage daily Chemistry and Microbiology lab operations. • Supervise and develop laboratory staff. • Maintain ISO/IEC 17025 quality management systems. • Oversee testing methods and quality control. • Coordinate audits and accreditation activities.
What you’ll bring
• BSc or MSc in relevant scientific discipline. • 5-7 years laboratory experience with 3 years management. • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and quality assurance. • Experience with analytical instrumentation. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
