Kitchen Assistant

About the role
Support chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness. Ensure hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen are met.
What you’ll do
• Wash, peel, trim, chop, and portion ingredients as instructed. • Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces and equipment. • Maintain high personal hygiene and wear protective clothing. • Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies. • Support kitchen team during preparation and service.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE/WAEC or equivalent. • 4 to 8 years experience preferred. • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food handling. • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
