About the role
Support chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards. Ensure kitchen operates efficiently and safely under pressure.
What you’ll do
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen. • Wash and prepare ingredients as instructed. • Handle kitchen equipment safely. • Support inventory and waste control.
What you’ll bring
• Able to perform routine kitchen duties safely. • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food handling. • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. • Minimum SSCE/WAEC or equivalent. • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
