About the role
Manage kitchen inventory and accounting using Navision and Ezee systems. Ensure accurate food portioning and inventory balancing daily.
What you’ll do
• Ensure accurate food portioning using Portion Calculator. • Produce products on Navision to create inventory quantity. • Ship produced items from kitchen to restaurant locations daily. • Monitor receipt of Transfer Orders from production supervisors. • Post and prepare Kitchen loss and Product Variance Reports.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 1 year experience. • OND to HND holders eligible. • Computer literate and conversant with Excel. • Good with calculations and well composed. • Residing in Ikeja/Ogba/Akowonjo.
