About the role
Support key Nebius GPU Cloud customers as a trusted technical advisor. Help design, deploy, and scale AI solutions managing large GPU workloads.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary technical contact for AI/ML troubleshooting. • Guide customers optimizing GPU performance for ML workloads. • Partner with sales to identify opportunities and deliver presentations. • Provide customer feedback to product teams. • Engage stakeholders and negotiate solutions.
What you’ll bring
• 5-10+ years in cloud or AI/ML technical roles. • Proficient with Terraform and Ansible. • Experience with Kubernetes and Python. • Strong GPU computing knowledge including CUDA and OpenCL. • Customer-centric with strong communication skills.
